Faith Forward From Visitor to Leader is a guided path for Unitarian Universalists to follow in your congregation. The Path offers everything you need to welcome and integrate visitors and develop engaged and connected members - to move participants from connection to belonging. It builds members and leaders who are grounded in Unitarian Universalism.

It is made up of three paths - CORE, ADVANCED, and LEADERSHIP.

The goal of Faith Forward’s CORE Path is to help participants connect with others, get involved, and explore their faith and spirituality so that they better understand Unitarian Universalism, their congregation, and how they belong. The CORE Path includes the following classes: Inquirers Series, Roots, Beyond Inquirers, Spiritual Practice, UU History 101, and UU Elevator Speech.

The ADVANCED Path is designed for congregants to deepen their understanding of our UU faith and connection to our church. These sessions are recommended for those who have attended some or all of the Faith Forward CORE Path, or those who have been part of the congregation for longer. The ADVANCED Path includes the following classes: UU Theology, Coming of Age for Adults, Turning Points in UU History, Deepening Spiritual Practice, and Biblical Literacy for Unitarian Universalists.

The Spiritual LEADERSHIP Path is an 8- to 10-month program that invites participants into reflection on their gifts and discernment about where and how they can be of service. The program is an opportunity for participants to deepen their faith, their connection to their congregation, and their service to Unitarian Universalism. Participants come to see themselves as responsible stewards of the congregation and understand their role in the work of building a better world.

In addition to the extensive curricula described above, Faith Forward includes:
